Terms and Condition

1. Payment Condition: 7% payment of the catering budget is to be made as a token advance.65% payment
to be made 10 to 15 days before the occasion as an advance. The remaining payment is to be made after the
function at the venue.

2. Please be informed that once the advance payment is made it cannot be refunded due to the cancelation
of the catering for any reason. However, the same amount will be adjusted for catering in the future.

3. Maa Tara Caterer will charge for the guaranteed number of plates or for the actual consumption of
the plates whichever is higher.

4. Any kind of dissatisfaction or issue related to food and service should be raised by the customer during the event only,
it will not be considered once the event is over.
